• Step 1: Go to the official admission portal of Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University - @kkhsou.ac.in. 
• Step 2: Students will now have to complete the initial steps of the admission process that is the registration process. They will have to enter their names/email addresses/contact numbers.
• Step 3: They will soon get the credentials for the KKHSOU admission portal on their registered email address. 
• Step 4: After an applicant logs into the admissions portal, they will be able to see the application forms for MA at KKHSOU on the screen.
• Step 5: Start filling out the details required in each section of the application form. Residential address, mother and father’s names, category of an applicant, and others will be required in the section of personal information.
• Step 6: Student’s educational information that includes the university of their UG degree, marks they have obtained in the mentioned qualification, etc., will be required to be provided by the applicant.
• Step 7: Now, they will have to start uploading their important documents (valid ID proof, scanned signature, passport - size photograph, bachelor’s degree certificate, UG program mark sheet, etc).
• Step 8: Before proceeding with completing the application forms students should review the information they have provided in each section of the application forms and make sure that they have entered all of them correctly.
• Step 9: Applicants will have to pay the application fee set by Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University that will be INR 500.
• Step 10: As the application form has now been completed students can click on the option of “submit”. They should keep a screenshot or the print of the page for any future use.
• Step 11: KKHSOU will soon update the students with the steps that they should take next on their registered email address.

• Students should complete their bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by UGC. 

• They should have an aggregate score of 50% in their UG course. 

• They should have a UG degree or BA in a relevant specialization.
