AIIMS MSc 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences MSc 2025 examination is a National Level Entrance Examination conducted to allow entry to various MSc Courses offered by the prestigious institute. AIIMS M.Sc Entrance Exam 2025 is to be held on 14 June 2025. The Entrance exam is conducted in the Online/CBT Mode. AIIMS MSc Entrance Exam 2025 Syllabus
The curriculum for the difficult AIIMS MSc Entrance Exam 2025 has been designed to determine the level of subject-matter competence possessed by the applicant. The examination will consist of two parts:

AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 Eligibility Criteria
AIIMS MSc Entrance Exam 2025 has some basic eligibility criteria that the students must fulfill to secure admission to the course. Applicants who have completed their bachelor's degree in a relevant stream with at least 60% marks from a recognized board are eligible to opt for the AIIMS MSc entrance exam 2025. Students from the reserved categories are given a relaxation of 5%. Students with the degrees mentioned below will be eligible to appear for the AIIMS MSc Entrance Exam 2025.
- MBBS/BDS (55% for Gen/ OBC and 50% for SC/ST Categories)

M.Sc. Perfusion Technology Eligibility Criteria
The students must have a B.Sc in perfusion technology or B.Sc in Biology.
Reproductive Biology And Clinical Embryology Eligibility Criteria
Students must have a B.Sc in any of the disciplines related to Biology.
Nuclear Medicine Technology Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. in Life Sciences with Physics as a subject from a recognized University.
- B.Sc. degree courses in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized University.
- B.Sc. in a related subject i.e. Radio Diagnosis/ Radiotherapy from a recognized University.
- B.Sc. degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics from a recognized University.
M.Sc. Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Registration as a Nurse, RM, RN (Registered Midwife, Registered Nurse) with any State Nursing Council.
- B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic/ B.Sc. Nursing (four-year) course from any recognized University, from an educational institution Recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, with sixty percent marks for General and fifty-five percent marks for the OBC candidates.
M.Biotechnology Eligibility Criteria
The admission requirement is the same as the M.Sc. course along with B.Tech.
Cardiovascular Imaging And Endovascular Technologies Eligibility Criteria
Students must have a B.Sc. degree in radiography.
AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 Reservation
For the SC/ST and OBC category, The number of seats will be reserved.
Reservation of seats at AIIMS, New Delhi is as follows-
- Scheduled Tribe: 7.5%
- Other Backward Class: 27%
- Scheduled Caste: 15% (Three percent reservations for the physically handicapped candidates will be provided based on category).
Admit Card Of AIIMS M.Sc 2025
Admit cards available on the official website tentatively in July 2025. Applicants must log in to the registered account to avail the admit card. The admit card of AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 will have details regarding students' as-roll number and the test center allocated along with the address.
The admit card is a very important document of the exam and students will be granted entry without an admit card. Without an admit card the candidate does not get entry into the examination hall. Another thing is the candidate also requires a hard copy admit card with a passport-size photograph and one ID proof.
AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 Exam Pattern
The AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 exam will be conducted in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Patna, Chennai, and seven other cities in India. The students must mark the answer by using the optical response sheet.

AIIMS M.Sc. Result 2025
AIIMS MSc 2025 results will be declared in the last week of July 2025. The results will be announced on the official website in a PDF file. Students' merit list who qualify for the exam will be uploaded soon after the declaration of AIIMS MSc 2025 results. For all students allying for PG courses, the medium cut of the score is the fiftieth percentile.
As a result, the university mentioned the total marks, candidate obtained marks, candidate name, roll number, father's name of the candidate, examination center, and question paper set number.
The Tie-Breaking Criteria Will Be Decided On The Basis
1. Applicants older in age will be preferred.

AIIMS MSc 2025 Counselling Process
All Postgraduate courses are based on the merit score of the qualifying examination. The counseling session will be organized in September. It will consist of two rounds and the open counseling round.
The counseling schedule will be uploaded on the official website. all the students must attend the counseling of AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 according to this schedule and in the order of merit. Qualification students whose names appear on the merit list will be eligible for the counseling.
The letters and SMS will be sent to the students who made the shortlist. Students who have been shortlisted must bring specific paperwork and certifications, which the administration will check during the counseling session.

Scholarship Process To Qualifying Candidate
After qualifying for the exam the university provides a scholarship to the candidate. This scholarship is based on marks that are secured the marks in the AIIMS M.Sc. 2025 entrance examination.
If the candidate wants the scholarship then the candidate is required to submit the parent's income certificate and the income should be less than 1 Lakh.
The candidate must also present the cast category certificate if they fall under the SC/ST or OBC categories. The candidate must fill out the registration form before the deadline, which is published by the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
