Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University Ballari has started the admission process for all UG and PG programs for the academic cycle 2024-25. The PhD courses offered at VSKUB require the applicants to have a relevant master’s degree from a recognized university or college. They will also have to score a minimum of 50% in their PG program. A maximum of 6 years are given to the enrolled students in order to complete this doctoral degree. Students are granted admission to their desired PhD program on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by the university and the applicant’s performance in the interview session. The scores of other PhD entrance exams like UGC NET and others will also be accepted by VSKUB.

• Step 1: Visit the official web portal of Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University Bellary by typing @vskub.ac.in on Google.

• Step 2: Go to the section of “admission” on the official VSKUB website.

• Step 3: Students will now be able to open the registration page of the website. They will have to complete the registration process by entering their mobile number and email address.

• Step 4: After completing their registration, students will get the password for logging into the application form window of the VSKUB website.

• Step 5: In the next step, students will be required to log into the admission portal of the university with the same credentials provided to them.

• Step 6: After a student logs into the official portal, they will be able to start filling out all the sections of the application form. They will have to enter their personal and past qualification details along with their choice of course at VSKUB. 

• Step 7: Applicants will also have to upload their essential documents which include the certificate of their past qualification, their scanned signatures, their passport-size photograph, caste certificate and others.

• Step 8: As the final step of completing the application forms, students will have to pay an application fee of INR 500 to 1,000 (depending on which course a student is applying for).

• Step 9: Applicants can now submit their application forms.

• Step 10: They will then have to appear in the relevant entrance examination as per their choice of course at Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University Bellary. 

• Step 11: After the university releases the merit list for several courses, students can look for their names in the same. 

• Step 12: Applicants who can spot their names in the VSKUB merit lists can proceed with the next steps of the admission process. In some cases, the next step might be appearing in the counselling round or paying the course fee for the course they have applied for.

• Step 13: After they complete the last step of the admission process, students’ admission to their desired course at VSKUB will be confirmed.
