MG University Admission 2024-25: For the academic year of 2024-25, MG University has started the process of admission for various UG and PG courses. Students who are choosing this university to complete their higher education must submit the registration form on the online admission portal. Based in Kottayam of Kerala, Mahatma Gandhi University was established on 2 October 1983. MG University Admission 2024-25

30 September 2024 was the last date to apply for MGU Admission for the current session of 2024-25. The online application forms for admission at this university were released in the month of July 2024 for several courses. Students who are interested can download the application forms or choose to submit it online at the MG University’s official admission portal - @admission.mgu.ac.in. MGU application fee that needs to be paid during the university’s application process ranges from INR 500 to 1,000. Students should note the MG University Selection process depends on many factors, two of which are student’s merit and their scores of relevant entrance exams.

MG University Application Forms 2024-25

The application forms for various programs at MG University are released on its official website. Completing the forms is a lengthy process, which is the reason why most students need certain clarifications about the same. The steps of completing the application forms at MG University are as follows:

• Go to the official website of the university - @mgu.ac.in.
• At the very top of the page, students will be able to see the option of “admission”. Click on it.
• Select the relevant option, such as “BEd/MEd - CAP”.
• You will now be required to register yourself at the portal with your name and contact details.
• Create a password for logging into the admission portal of the university.
• Log into the application form portal with the same email ID and password you created earlier.
• You will be now redirected to another portal which will consist of all the sections of application forms.
• Start filling out the application forms for the university by entering your personal details, such as your residential address, mother and father’s names along with their occupation, your date of birth, etc.
• Provide your educational details including the board/university of your education, the city of the institution, marks you obtained in your previous qualification, your score of CAT/KMAT/CMAT (if applying for an MBA), etc.
• Upload the scanned copies of your documents like passport-size photograph, signature, 10+2 mark sheets, graduation certificate and mark sheet, migration certificate, etc.
• Pay the application fee of INR 250 or 500, depending on your category.
• Submit the application form and take a screenshot for future reference.

MG University UG Admission 2024-25

MG University UG admission 2024 2nd allotment has been published now, and the applicants who got selected in the 2nd allotment should contact the college for admission before the last date of 25 June 2024 (4:00 PM). MG University has started the admission 2024-25 academic session for UG courses by inviting the application form on the official website @mgu.ac.in.

07 June 2024 was the last date for MG University UG admission 2024. Now the University has released the trial allotment on 12 June 2024, and the applicants who haven't submitted the online application form can register till 13 June 2024. Students who have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board become eligible to pursue any UG program at the university.

Students will be granted a seat in their desired program through CAP (Centralized Allotment Process). Students can pursue their UG-level programs in any field, some of the programs include BSc, BEd, BTech, BBA, BA, etc. These programs are provided by the 30 different schools of the university. Out of the numerous UG programs offered by the university, the program of BA has the highest number of specializations: 50 specializations.

MG University PG Admission 2024-25

Mahatma Gandhi University offers PG programs in multiple fields and specializations. The admission process for all the PG programs has been initiated by the university. The last date for registration of PG courses at the university was 20 June 2024. Some of the programs that the university offers in various fields include MTech, MA, MBA, MSc, MCA, MEd, etc.

Students who have a relevant bachelor’s degree can pursue any PG course at the university. The university conducts MGU-CAT for offering admission to deserving students. Students who are seeking admission to the MBA program must complete the application forms before the last date. They will also have to qualify in CAT, KMAT, or CMAT.

MG University PhD Admission 2024-25

Several PhD programs are offered at the MG University. For the academic year of 2024-25, the admission process for PhD programs will start in November 2024*. The last date for registration will be 30 December 2024*. Candidates who have completed their master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks are eligible for the PhD programs at the university.

Students from any background can get admission at the university as the university provides the PhD programs in most fields, such as Computer Science, Special Education Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Statistics, Malayalam, Commerce, Biochemistry, etc. Interested candidates must qualify in a relevant entrance exam conducted for PhD; UGC NET, NET JRF, or the entrance test conducted by the MG University itself.
