The admission is done based on the entrance exam scores of the students. Barkatullah University Admission 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria 

• For UG (Undergraduate) Program: Applicant must have passed 12th class with a minimum of 50% or equivalent from a recognized board.
• For the PG (Postgraduate) Program: Students must hold an undergraduate degree in any stream or equivalent from a UGC-approved university.
• For Doctoral (PhD) Program: The candidate must have a PG degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized university.

Barkatullah University Entrance Exam 2025

Applications are being accepted for the following courses. An entrance examination must be passed before admission will be granted. A little more than half of the applicants are accepted. The admissions process will open in February. If a student has appeared for the GATE/CAT exams then the examination score will be accepted by the university.  

The admission exam cards for Barkatullah University Admission 2025-26 will be made accessible one week beforehand. Applications can be mailed in or submitted online. The exams needed for admission to MBA and M-Tech programmes include MAT/CAT/XAT and GATE, while students will also be accepted depending on their merit. Barkatullah University Ph.D. Entrance Exam

To get considered for Barkatullah University PhD Admission 2025, Students who have registered for the PhD DET entrance exam must appear at the designated exam centres. However, students who are yet to register for the PhD DET entrance test can enroll by paying a fee of INR 2,500.

The SC/ST/OBC Candidates need to deposit INR 1000. Candidates must complete their registration before February 2025 otherwise they have to pay a late fee of 4000 along with the original fee. Barkatullah's PhD entrance exam will be organized on the OMR sheet. This entrance test will be divided into 2 parts research methodology and Subject of Research. The DET has 100 objective questions divided equally with a ratio of 50-50. DET Entrance test duration is two hours. Apart from this, Ph.D. admission is also done on or valid score in  UGC-NET/JRF, CSIR-NET, or GATE followed by an Interview conducted by the University.
